Problem Description

 

In my workplace, there are different management issues that need to be addressed. In our company, there is a poor communication problem in various department. This is demonstrated where you can found that the production department doesn’t know what sales department think about what needs to be improved since they are the ones who reach the market and this is a great challenge since there will not be improvement and innovation if the communication keeps being like that. The general manager needs to set a communication tool which will help all departments to be on the same page and help each other to achieve the main company’s goal.
